Associate

She is a practicing Company secretary with more than 8 years of experience under her wing. Her area of specialization is corporate law, Intellectual Property Rights, Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code and corporate governance. She has completed her doctorate degree in the field of corporate governance. Currently she is providing services in the field of Companies Act, SEBI (LODR) regulations and IBC, 2016. She has assisted in handling various CIRP &Liquidation cases and currently she is handling cases related to implementation of the resolution plan which including listing procedures of the companies and coordinating with various regulatory authorities.
She has judged in National Level Case Analysis Competition & Business Plan Event at Nirma University and ICAI Ahmedabad Branch.
She has co-authored the books Company Law: Exploring Procedural Dimensions, Insights into SEBI Enforcement, and Prevention of Oppression and Mismanagement in association with the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
She has received Top 100 Global Women Inspiration awards (GWIA) from I Can Foundation, Jaipur and Woman Managing directors of the year award from GISR Foundation, New Delhi.
