• The founding partner of SKYZ, is an experienced Chartered Accountant & Insolvency Professional with over 20 years of veteran industry experience under his wing. He has handled Corporate Insolvency resolutions, forensics & information audits all the way to restructuring Corporate Debt & Capital structures, Income tax, Auditing & even functioning as an official investment advisory for institutes.
• He is also registered Insolvency Professional (IBBI) and Certified Independent Director (IICA).
• He is certified by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India as qualified Forensic Auditor, Concurrent Auditor and Social Auditor. He has also qualified Diploma in Information Systems Audit (DISA) of ICAI. He has spearheaded several seminars on Insolvency & Bankruptcy at various forums across the country. He is currently pursuing research for his doctorate in the field of the Insolvency & Bankruptcy.
• He is also an elected member of the Managing Committee of Ahmedabad branch of WIRC of ICAI for the period 2025-29. He recently bagged the award in MSME Conclave & Award, 2024 organized by Divya Bhaskar for best practices in the domain- Insolvency, Restructuring & Resolution.
